So, we have carefully created the best service levels we could offer, for the most effective price. 

Common Pricing Model
Most business support services charge per computer per month. So if you have 50 computers, you could pay as much as £100 per computer per month. That would be £5,000 just for the privilege of having a support contract in place, and before the monthly charges. This is not how we charge.

Our Pricing Model
At Carbon Networks, our monthly contract charges are based upon the number of critical servers that must be kept operational to keep your business running. This is regardless of the number of desktop computers that may (or may not) have problems. So, there is no weighty contract overhead - you just pay for the type of network you have and the support actually provided.
